Howzit Beaut was created to build a community where Women can connect through business, sport, events, friendship and shared experiences — while reminding every Woman that she matters.
We want to create spaces where Women can laugh together, build together, do business together and, when life gets heavy, Speak Up together.
Howzit Beaut is about Women looking after Women. It is about Sisterhood, Growth, Purpose, Opportunity and learning to recognise when a Sister may need more than a casual “all good”.

Too many Women have become masters at saying “I’m good.” Even when they’re not. We hide behind the smile. We keep working. We provide. We carry the pressure. We try to stay strong for everyone around us. And sometimes nobody knows what is happening behind closed doors.
Speak Up exists to help create a culture where asking a Beaut if she is okay becomes normal — and where answering honestly becomes normal too. You don’t always need the answers. Sometimes a Woman simply needs to know that somebody is prepared to listen.
Speaking up does not make a Woman weak. Strength and vulnerability can exist in the same Woman. Sometimes courage is making the call, sending the message, sitting down for the coffee or simply saying, “Beaut, I’m not okay.”
